The Twin Drive Concept is to transport molten metals, acids or bases well suited. Also the lifting mechanism is designed that the failure of a component lying in the power flow of a crash load is impossible. These cables are also fitted as standard with two redundant motor-transmission units. Both engines are controlled synchronously. The brakes, which are installed in the engine are designed that they slow down the load by themselves or in an emergency hold. Both brakes are controlled together and serve as operating and holding brake.
